Ugandan police have arrested a 32years old man who defiled a 7-year-old girl
The man name is Kasule, he hails from Nansana,Uganda. The man called the girl to his and slept with her,after everything he gave the girl just shs 500coin so she could remain silent. The mother of the defiled girl, Teddy got the news from her neighbor named Margaret. Margaret heard when the girl was narrating the event to her little friends. Police have arrested Kasule(Mr.Defiler) and he's been tested for HIV. He will also be arraigned to court where he will be questioned.
