Changes have been made by CAF, they announced before thay Cameroon will be hosting the tournament in 2019,Ivory Coast in 2021 and Guinea in 2023 but it's now changed.
caf announced a new host periods for this nations,which are; Cameroon in 2021,Ivory coast in 2023 and Guinea in 2025. Guinea has agreed to host the tournament in that year.
