INEC announces APC candidate,David Lyon as the winner of the 2019 Bayelsa governorship election. David Lyon had a total of 352,552 votes while his rival, Sen. Douye Diro of The People's Democratic Party had a total of 143,172 votes.
David Lyon is now the new governor of Bayelsa state.
