SouthAfrican presenter, Somizi gets himself checked up inorder to prevent his system from crushing as it did last year. "Prevention is better than cure"-Somizi finally heeds to that idiom. 

He writes: " Last year around this time i was up and down with shows back to back thinking I'm Chuck Norris only to be hospitalized on the 2nd of Jan coz my system crushed. So i learnt my lesson and i was lucky that i recovered. So this year I'm not taking any chances. I'm getting Vitamin boosters. Coz the last 3 days of Dec its nyiwing."
