The major question now: "Is it the fault of the girl or the teachers in the school?"- this issue needs serious attention. The girl in question also needs serious counseling from her teachers and parents.
An unidentified school principal has advised one of his female students to get married after failing woefully. Her results were very poor with lots of F9s.
