Executive Management of Zenith Bank plc donates 100million naira to Lagos state government for Abule Ado Emergency Relief Fund.

The Executive management team of Zenith bank plc has donated the sum of 100million naira to Lagos state government for Abule Ado Emergency Relief Fund. 

Most Nigerians know about the Abule Ado tragic incident, which happened on Sunday. 

Lots of companies, both private and public companies have started paying a condolence visit to the Lagos state government to make donations for the Abule Ado Emergency Relief Fund. 

Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo Olu wrote: "We received the Executive Management team of Zenith Bank Plc who came to pay us a condolence visit, and commiserated with Lagosians on the Abule-Ado, Ado soba tragedy. 

In their magnanimity, the GMD on behalf of staff and management of Zenith Bank announced a donation of N100m to the Abule Ado Emergency Relief Fund. 

We are indeed grateful to Zenith Bank and everyone who has reached out to us. Accountability is our watchword, and we would ensure that all the funds are used for the reason with which it was intended"
