(Video) Honorable Emma Theofelus becomes the youngest deputy minister in Namibia's history.

Honorable Emma Theofelus has officially become the youngest member of parliament and the youngest deputy minister of information and communication technology in Namibia's history at 23. 

Emma Theofelus holds a degree in Law and also a diploma in African feminism and gender studies. She was recently sworn in as Namibia's deputy minister of information and communication technology.
