Shad and his 10-year-old visited the Venice beach in Los Angeles on Sunday. While having fun in the beach, an unforeseen incident happened and Shad went missing. His 10-year-old son, Aryeh and other swimmers were saved by the beach divers.
As at 1:25am Wednesday morning, Shad's body was finally found on shorelines and was confirmed dead. Shad died at aged 39.
Taking to his Instagram page, his wife wrote an heartfelt to Shad, and it reads: "Aryeh, myself and the Gaspard and Chittick families would like to take this time to thank we have for their prayers and supppy, as we mourn the terrible loss of our beloved Shad.
Shad was our whole world and we were his. There are not enough words to describe what he means to all to us. He was our heart, our soul, our protector, our warrior. He was a bright force of nature, who brought joy to many through his joyous and gracious nature.
The outpouring of love from Shad's friends, colleagues and fans has meant more to us than you can imagine.
We'd like to once again thank the life guards, divers, fire and police departments for their efforts.
