According to the lady, she said that she was rejected for an internal position she applied for, even though she was the top candidate. She later found out that the person who got the position happened to be a friend of her boss.
She continued by saying she got tired of the politics that was being played at her former place of work and went in search of another job.
She ended her statement by saying that she got a better job after 3months and her former boss asked her to come back for the same promotion but she refused and in all she learnt a few lessons.
