Popular Nigerian food vlogger, Sisi Yemmie is back again and this time, she's teaching us how to prepare Banga soup with some fresh catfish.

In the video, Yemmie showed us the processes on how to prepare a delicious pot of Banga soup; which anyone can actually try at home. 

The ingredients she used:

1. Fresh Catfish

2. Banga stick

3. Smoked catfish - it adds lots of flavour to the soup

4. Banga spices - the ready-made ones are available at any store

5. Periwinkles

6. Palm nut/kernel

Banga soup is one of the most popular African delicacies, which is mostly prepared by the people from the South-South regions of Nigeria such as: Delta, Cross River, Edo, etc.
