She made the statement while addressing a few Nigerians during the 60th Independence Day public lecture and special Juma'at prayer held at National Mosque in Abuja, yesterday.
In her words:
"The world is no longer the same as a result of the pandemic and the pandemic is a sign that Almighty God isn't not happy with us.
We need to pray for forgiveness. I think we have no choice than to continue asking for forgiveness from Almighty Allah."
