Ingredients used:

1. 500-800g mix dry fruits, such as: Cranberries, Raisins, Sultanas and Chopped peach

2. 3cups red grapefruits or orange fruits

3. 150g chopped almonds

4. 150g chopped walnuts

5. 250g unsalted room temperature butter

6. 1 tbsp baking powder

7. 1 tsp cinnamon powder

8. 1 tsp nutmeg

9. 1 lemon zest

10. 1 tsp mixed spice

11. 1 orange zest

12. 1/4 tsp salt
