Nigerians mourn popular Nollywood director, Chico Ejiro who died on Christmas day

Nollywood is currently mourning as popular movie director, Chico Ejiro, died in the early hours of Friday (Christmas) from a seizure. He had just concluded his new film on Christmas eve before he passed away on Christmas day.

His body has been deposited at an undisclosed mortuary. His real name is Ejiro Maziakpono and was born in Isoko, Delta State Nigeria. He's the younger brother of veteran filmmaker Zeb Ejiro.

Late Chico is survived by his wife, Joy Ejiro and four children. Nigerians have taken to their various Twitter pages to mourn and pay tribute to the late Nollywood filmmaker.
