1. 1/3 cup dried apricot 

2. 1/3 cup red and green cherries 

3. 100ml rum or juice of choie

4. 1/3 cup raisins 

5. Unsalted butter 

6. 1/3 cup sugar

7. 2 eggs

8. 1/4 tsp sea salt

9. 1 cup + 1 tbsp cake flour

10. 1/2 tsp baking powder 

11. 40ml fresh milk 

12. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

13. 1 tsp orange zest
