Ingredients used:

To season & steam the meat:

1. 3kg beef

2. 2 been seasoning cubes 

3. 1 tsp curry powder 

4. 1 tsp thyme 

5. 1 tsp dried rosemary (scent leaves) 

6. Fresh oregano 

7. 1/2 onion, garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger 

8. Salt 

Ingredients for Stew:

1. 15-20 big tomato plums

2. 2-3 onions 

3. 1 large or 2 medium onions to fry the Stew 

4. Scotch bonnet (atarodo)

5. 3 red bell pepper 

6. 1 root ginger 

7. 1 head garlic 

8. 200g tomato paste 

9.1 tsp nutmeg 

10. 1 beef seasoning cubes 

11. Vegetable oil 

12. Salt
