For the filling:

1. 1 kg ground beef

2. 3 chopped carrots 

3. 1 chopped onion 

4. 2 chopped potatoes 

5. 1 chopped onion 

6. 2 minced garlic 

7. 1 chopped scotch bonnet pepper (atarodo) 

8. 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder 

9. 1/2 thyme 

10. 2 tbsp cornstarch or flour 

11. 1 beef seasoning cube 

For dough:

1. 1 kg all purpose flour 

2. 400g butter 

3. 1 cup milk 

4. 1 large egg 

5. 1 large egg for egg wash

6. 1 tbsp baking powder 

7. 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder 

8. 1/4 tsp salt
