Ingredients used:
1. 2-3 chicken andouille sausage
2. 1 1/4 cup white rice
3. 5 tbsp tomato paste
4. 1 yellow Bell pepper
5. 1 red Bell pepper
6. 1 medium white onion
7. 2 tsp olive oil
8. 4 garlic cloves
9. 4 garlic cloves
10. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
11. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
12. 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
13. 1 tsp Paprika
14. 12 tsp cayenne pepper
15. Parsley for garnish
