Ingredients used:
1. 8 big potatoes
2. 400g ground meat
3. Eggs
4. 1/2 chopped onion
5. 2 tbsp olive oil
6. 16 mozzarella balls
7. 30g (1/2 cup) fresh parsley
8. 2 tsp salt
9. 1 tsp Black pepper
10. 20ml greek yoghurt
11. 100g shredded mozzarella
