Nigerians took to his Twitter page to comment as they educated and roasted him for his comparison. An intelligent Nigerian man schooled Henry so well. What you currently pay for electricity in Nigeria is small training for what you should expect to pay when you get to Canada.
— HENRY 🇳🇬 (@4eyedmonk) January 27, 2021
Other reactions from Nigerians below:Nigeria pay N62.33 per kwh. Canada pay N62.29 ($0.174) per Kwh. Canada generates about 250,000MWs of electricity against Nigeria's 4000.

Let's talk about Minimum Wage? Standard of Living? Security? Jobs? Literacy? Life Expectancy? GDP? GNP? HDI?;Birth & Death Rates?
Pls Rest.
Hope you are aware that Nigerians are even willing to pay higher than what the current rates are if they can be guaranteed steady power supply? You think people enjoy servicing generators and buying diesel ?

I pay higher tariff in Nigeria for internet and electricity than i pay in Europe, argue and let me give you fact, also remember Nigeria electricity and internet I am paying hugely for is very poor compared to Europe i am paying lesser for

A monk that is supposedly with 4 eyes but all sight and no insight.

Can you ever start with the minimum wage comparison before moving to utilities? Or isn't that how one is supposed to earned funds for bills payment?
Always picking the ones to suit your agenda. Why not talk about their minimum wage, why not talk about their standard of living.

You can't be a buhsrist and have sense... Ko possible

Buharism= Loss of senses.

Buharism should be studied on how Buhari brings Professors, PhD holders, suit and tie professionals to illiterate level.
This handle always spewing trash. Sometimes I wonder if associating oneself with APC makes one slow and stupid.

Even if they are paying everyone in this Buhari administration, at least, someone should be smart small.

I would have neglected this tweet but this is an open and wicked ploy for disinformation. The 100+ liking this nonsense must be salvaged.

Lol N100K can hardly last you per month with an inverter AC, not that light is consistent, atimes current is not stable. Lets not even talk about Cost of Living, Minimum Wage or even Security. You only wanted to push an agenda without thinking things through

To further buttress my point, I logged into my https://t.co/2DDGHICEfY account and my HydroBC. I compare for similar periods of time (May - June 2019 in Abuja) and (May - July in Canada). Compare the costs (I also understand costs have even doubled now in Nigeria). pic.twitter.com/AKnpRWFzHt
— Dr Uche (@nnabros) January 27, 2021
Electricity in Canada is actually cheaper. The max I pay for hydro in the peak season (Winter) for what we would call a Duplex in Nigeria is just $110 monthly. I believe 24hrs electricity + fuelling gen in Nigeria will cost more than ₦37,500 in a month.
— A b d u l (@Zuby215) January 27, 2021
Canadians have never stayed an hour without light. They are paying for constant light. Nigerians are paying for 1 week off half day on. So what's your point
