This is sad. Anything you are going through. Please, don’t Take your own life. RIP Dele.

I understand Dele to some extent because I've been there, it took my elder sis and dad to keep me sane. Depression is real and sometimes the cheerful/always smiling ones are passing through hell mentally. Suicide is never answer! RIP Dele

How do we get black men to talk more about their struggles with depression? Especially in this country?! There’s too many men like Dele that are afraid/ashamed to speak up and that needs to end now. Mental illness is not a taboo.

RIP Dele... Continue to Rest 😭
I was reading this and I got to this part "Life is like a party, when you stop having fun, leave". Honestly

Depression is not easy so I’m in no position to judge him but please whatever the case maybe, suicide isn’t an option.
Life is a battle, fight until you win. RIP DELE pic.twitter.com/0mINU1Cvkc
If someone reaches out to you, don’t take them for granted. Those who are jovial and seem happy might be facing the most depression.

I think it’s time for us to send a simple text to your friends today and not just view their WhatsApp status alone
RIP Dele 🦅 💔
Anytime a popular suicide story breaks the internet, statistically someone somewhere gets encouraged to do same as a way out. Please Don’t try it. Suicide is never an option. Whatever it is you are going through, in a little while you will LAUGH over it. It is certain. RIP DELE

Rest in Power to the sweetest man on earth. Being around Dele is like the heart squeezing awe filled feeling that you also feel when standing on a mountain and the wind and clouds are blowing around you. Dele is the embodiment of pure, unadulterated, existential love. Devastated. pic.twitter.com/fF2g3RDa1p

What a sad day! Great man of conscience REAR ADMIRAL NDUBUISI KANU has also passed on. May your soul rest in peace the People's General...

Those words from Dele were heartbreaking. I could feel the pain. I just hope this won't be one of those moments when we say 'be kind to each other' then forget about it the next day.

RIP Dele.
Majority of Male Children and first borns are depressed. The society expects them to be strong at all times so they bottle up their emotions.

Guys, it is okay to cry. It is fine to need a break. It is absolutely human to ask for help. Just don't kill yourself😩
