Nigerian man food vlogger, Hope of Tasty City, has dropped a new video on how to make Homemade Nigerian Pepper Soup Spice.

In the video, she took us through a step by step process on how to make the Best Nigerian Pepper Soup Spice at home. 

Ingredients used:

1. Uziza seeds

2. 1/4 cup uda seeds

3. 1/2 cup ehu/ehuru seeds

Method:

1. Put the Ehuru seeds into a medium heat pan.

2. Roast the ehuru seeds in the pan for 5 minutes.

3. Add the uziza seeds and uda with the ehuru seeds.

4. After roasting all the ingredients, transfer into a blender and blend.
