Nigerian singer, Peter Okoye and his wife, Lola Omotayo-Okoye, were thrown into mourning mood in December 2020. Peter Okoye's went into mourning mood after his father-in-law died, late Dipo Omotayo, died in December 2020.

Taking to his Instagram page, Peter Okoye, shared videos from the funeral ceremony of his late father-in-law, Dipo Omotayo. He was seen with his wife, his wife's family members, his children; Cameron and Aliona.

Fans are currently dragging his twin brother, Paul Okoye for ignoring the burial ceremony of his brother's father-in-law. Late Dipo Omotayo was the owner of a popular Lagos-based oil and gas company, known as, Silco Drilling and Completion Services.
