To be white is one thing, to be blonde and have blue eyes means of the parent is caucasian.

Btw they are near caucasians. One of the parent is not in the picture. It could be a sperm donor or something.
It's possible but rare that albino genes are hidden in families for generations. Someone's grandparent must be an albino.

One couple in my village broke up cause the husband thought the wife cheated.
Possible genetically. One of her ancestors might have been white but the gene was recessive and later manifested.
