Nigerian food vlogger, Kikifoodies, has dropped a new video on how to make or prepare Perfect Moi Moi - Bean Pudding Recipe.

In the video, she took us through a step by step process on how to make or prepare Perfect Moi Moi. A must try recipe at home.

Ingredients used:

2 cups of brown beans or black eyed peas(Peeled, soaked for 2 hours)

• 2 large red bell pepper

• 2-3 fresh pepper 

•1½ large onion

• ½ cup crayfish

• ¾ cup water for blending

• 2 tablespoons palm oil

• ½ cup vegetable oil (or oil of choice)

• 1 seasoning cube(maggi crayfish)

• 1 teaspoon salt 

• 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning 

• 1 teaspoon chilli oil(for extra heat)

• 3-5 boiled eggs(halved)
