(LISTEN) "Police are working for bandits" - Nnamdi Kanu blows hot

Yesterday, IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, was on his popular Biafra podcast, where he blasted Nigerian police and Hope Uzodinma. He blasted the police based on the incident that took place in Niger state yesterday. (Read More Here).

Recall that Niger youths took to the road to protest after 15 persons were kidnapped by unknown kidnappers in the area. According to reports, police station and Army barracks are close to the vicinity, but none of the security officers showed up.

In the podcast, Nnamdi says that police can't show up because they're working for bandits. He added that the police are protecting bandits and supporting terrorism.

He attacked Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma by saying that he doesn't deserve to live. Nnamdi compared Hope to Governor of Niger, who was somewhat calm about the issue. Nnamdi says that if it was in Imo what happened in Niger state took place, Uzodinma would have sent security personnel to the scene to kill his fellow Igbos.
