Nigerians roast Ay Comedian for partnering with Senator Orji Uzor Kalu

Nigerians have recently roasted popular comedian, Ay Makun, for agreeing to partner with Senator Orji Uzor Kalu to set up his first ever film studio in his (Kalu's) large estate.

Yesterday, Ay Comedian met Senator Orji Uzor Kalu to discuss which part of his estate will be given to him (Ay) to set up his film studio. According to Ay, his film studio will be the first ever in Nigeria.

After sharing the post on his Instagram page, Nigerians immediately got offended because of his association with Senator Kalu, whom Nigerians see as a corrupt politician.

Ay Comedian wrote: "Ay's Corporate World Entertainment is presently working on a partnership agreement to start running Camp Neya, the 400-room estate owned by Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, as the first ever film studio in Nigeria.

"The huge estate which comprises of several units of eye-popping buildings and other exotic structures at Uzor Kalu’s home town of Igbere Bende LGA in Abia State, will now be a tourism destination that will also be used for high quality movie productions of international standards. Camp Neya which is in a world of it’s own has over 400 rooms comprising:
– over 36 jumbo sized sitting rooms
– 12 room presidential lodge
– Governors lodge for all the 36 states and FCT
– A 5000 capacity conference hall
– a banquet hall
– a Karaoke hall
– 22 Kitchens
– 102 toilets
– 76 Bathrooms
– 187 bedrooms

– a foothball pitch
– an olympic sized swimming pool
– one indoor swimming pool

– lawn tennis court
– sports centre
– a church
– a mosque
– a bush bar
– a filling station
– ATM machines
– a clinic

– several gardens
– a police post
– a military detachment."

He added: "We are looking to having the first ever industry Studios were everything required for film and video production like sound stages, recording studios, editing, and special effects department and outdoor back-lots for shooting films. Warehouses store filming equipment and lights, cameras, props, old sets, and other items that are part of film productions.

we are believing everything good to come out of the partnership Corporate World Entertainment and Camp Neya. Mainwhile the 1st and 2nd slide on my last post are not part of Camp Neya. (My bad)."
