According to a source, the rapist or rapists haven't been found yet. The rate of rape in Delta state is increasing as the day passes. A few days ago, a 16-year-old girl was raped by a man she referred to as "Big uncle" and six of friends.
In the trending video, a man is seen telling his fellow to stop ruining lives of girls just because of 1-minute madness, which he called. He prayed for the deceased, as the crowd responded by saying "AMEN."
A source says: "23 year old Joy was abducted, raped and murdered in my community, Ubulu -Uku, Aniocha South LGA, Delta State.
Today, we bid her farewell and use the opportunity to call the attention of his Excellency Governor Ifeanyi A. Okowa over the alarming rate of Rape and Sexual Abuses in Delta State."
