Ingredients used:

To seasoning the Chicken:

1 Onion 

1 Scotch bonnet - optional 

3 Garlic cloves 

Small piece of ginger 

3 Chiken seasoning cubes or powder 

1 tsp thyme 

2 bay leaves 

1/2 tsp nutmeg 

1/2 tsp curry 

Salt to taste.

         Tomatoe blend mix:

15-20 Fresh tomatoes 

3-4 redbell peppers 

Scotch bonnet to your taste 

1 head of garlic  

1 thumbsize ginger 

1 Onion.

   1 coconut 

Coconut oil as needed for frying 

1 large onion to fry the stew 

1/2 tsp curry powder 

1/2 thyme 

1/2 nutmeg 

1-2 cubes of chicken seasoning 

salt to your taste
