In a trending video, D'banj was seen at the altar at the Streams of Joy International Church, Abuja Branch, when he said, "He's now a born." The church is headed by a popular pastor, known as, Jerry Uchechukwu Eze.
In his words, D'banj says:
"What I am trying to say, I am actually a born again. When I say Jesus is the conqueror, I meant it, and If anyone knows my story, they’d remember, for every one of my albums, I always give the honour to honour is due."
