(Video) "I would've flogged Babangida" - Wike Nyesom threatens to flog former Niger state governor

Governor of Rivers state, Wike Nyesom, has threatened to flog the hell out of former Governor of Niger state, Mu'azu Babangida Aliyu. Wike's statement comes after he called Aliyu a "Mole" of People's Democratic Party (PDP).

Wike got angry with Babangida after he publicly confessed to working alongside others to frustrate former President Goodluck Jonathan’s second term bid in 2015.

At the State House in Rivers State, Wike says if he was there when Babangida made the statement, he would have flogged the hell out of him. He (Wike) called Aliyu a "Noise maker" and claimed he (Aliyu) hasn't any job.

In his words, he says:

"Aliyu, think that it was that time they were moving around, saying they're fighting...

I would have flogged the hell out of him.

They should know.

Rivers State isn't his state.

I would have flogged the hell out of him here."
