"Nnamdi Kanu's fault is by sending men to kill soldiers and policemen" - Reno Omokri reacts to arrest of Nnamdi Kanu

Reno Omokri has reacted after it was reported that IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu got arrested from the United Kingdom and brought back to Abuja, Nigeria on Sunday.

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Nnamdi Kanu was arrested and brought back to Nigeria. He was charged to court on Tuesday, while being blindfolded.

The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN), on Tuesday announced that Kanu was intercepted by operatives of Nigeria's security intelligence.

Kanu was on October 14, 2015, arraigned by the Nigerian Government over allegations of terrorism, money laundering, treason, etc.

On March 28, 2019, his bail condition was revoked by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court.

Taking to his Twitter page, Reno Omokri, said the only place he faults Nnamdi Kanu was when he sent his members to kill Nigerian soldiers and policemen. Reno said that, other than, he's a freedom fighter.

Reno Omokri wrote:

"The only thing I fault Nnamdi Kanu on is his call on his members to kill policemen and soldiers. Other than that, he is a freedom fighter. Yes, he is under arrest today. Buhari who has arrested him was himself under arrest between 1985-88. No condition is permanent.

"The biggest news in Nigeria today is that Nnamdi Kanu was arrested.
The biggest news in Ghana today is that @Toyota has opened a plant there to build cars and sell in Nigeria.
Ghana is arresting poverty, while Nigeria is arresting people! Why wont Ghana progress?"
