Popular socialite, Deji Adeyanju, has refused to pick his mother's call until June 12 Protest will be over. Today's June 12 and Nigerian youths are warming up to take to the streets to protest. (Read More Here).
Taking to his Twitter page, Deji Adeyanju, says that his mother had been calling him since the early hours of Friday. He said he won't take the calls until the protest is over.
His statement reads:
"My mum calling me since morning. Won’t pick until tomorrow after #June12thProtest. Oyo to those asking her to call me. No going back. Why are we protesting:
-Insecurity
-Unending kidnapping of citizens
-Stop attacking protesters & respect human rights.
-Reverse Twitter ban."
