Yaba LCDA chairman, Kayode Omiyale pastes "campaign banner" in flooded area in Lagos

The Internet went up in flames after chairman of Yaba LCDA (Local Council Development Authority), Dr. Kayode Adejare Omiyale's campaign banner was pasted or found at a flooded location in Yaba, Lagos state. (Read More Here).

On the banner, it stated that Omiyale is running for a second (2nd) term in office as the chairman of Local Council Development Authority of Yaba.

The place he placed his banner hilariously described the meaning of his name - Omiyale. Omiyale means "Flood enters a house" or "flood has covered a community" or "water has entered a house."
