Tanker crushes 15 pupils of Army Day Secondary School, Efffurun, in Delta state

Fifteen pupils of the Army Day Secondary School, Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State were crushed to death by a petrol tanker on Thursday, July 8. (Read More Here).

According to reports, the driver of the tanker laden with petroleum product was on top speed when he suddenly lost control and due to brake failure, ran over some of the pupils who were walking home after school.

While many of the students died on the spot of the incident, others who sustained serious injuries were rushed to the Army Hospital, Effurun Barracks for medical attention.
