Two staff of Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) have been captured on video counting the money they had made from bribe at a yet-to-be disclosed location in Nigeria. (Read More Here).
PHCN officials have the habit of collecting bribes from people who haven't paid their electricity bills.
In the trending video, two NEPA officials were seen counting naira notes they made for the day. They started from the highest denomination (that's N1K).
After counting and piling the N1K together, the other staff started counting the lesser denomination, that's N100, and N200.
