Ghanaian youths of Damongo town have broken record in Africa as the first African country to reject gifts or bags of rice from politicians or a politician. (Read More Here).

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that a few Ghanaian youths of Damongo town in Ghana on Monday rejected bags or rice given to them by an politician from New Patriotic Party (NPP). 

Youths of Damongo town in Ghana on Monday July 19, rejected the bags of rice sent to them by NPP politician, Samuel Abu Jinapors, who represents their constituency in the country's parliament.

In the trending video, the youths said they want jobs and not bags of rice as they threw the bags of rice back into the truck that had initially brought it. 

After the video went viral, Nigerians and other Africans began to hail the Ghanaian youths for their bravery to reject cheap things from government despite the unfavourable conditions they have found themselves.
