According to people from Bayelsa state, they said that brides from the Ijaw tribe don't laugh or smile, until their husbands make them smile or laugh by spraying money on them or by doing something funny.
According to Ijaw people, they said it's a tradition in their tribe. In the trending video, a bride was seen standing still with a frown on her face as her husband kept spraying some cash on her.
Unfortunately, the bride refused to laugh as per tradition, because her husband hasn't done or said anything funny to her.
