#AnTo21: Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Big Brother Naija star of Season 3, Tobi Bakre and his wife, Anu Oladosu, have become husband and wife via traditional engagement wedding, which was held in Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos state, today. (Read More Here).
Their engagement was attended by The Bakre's family, Anu Oladosu's family, other close relatives, friends and celebrities, such as: Banky W and Adesuwa Etomi, Comedian Mclively and many more.
In Yoruba land, engagement ceremony or engagement wedding is the moment the groom pays the bride price of his bride or wife-to-be. That was what Tobi Bakre did today at his traditional engagement ceremony today, August 21, 2021.
The moment of the ceremony started from the hotel where Tobi Bakre, his father (Mr. Bakre) and his mother (Mrs. Bakre) took pictures together. Another moment again at the entrance of the hotel was when Tobi Bakre and his wife, Anu Oladosu had fun by catching cruise.
The moment Tobi Bakre made grand entry to the hall of his engagement ceremony was captured and that of Anu Oladosu's was also captured. Anu Oladosu was trying so hard to cover her baby bump, but it was visible already.
The moment that caught everyone's attention was the head tie of the M.C (Master of Ceremonies), who is known as, Seyi Alaga from Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State.
Taking to his Instagram page, Tobi Bakre revealed how God gave him his wife. According to him, he says he prayed to God for a sweet wife and Anu came to him as an answered prayer.
He wrote: “It’s so beautiful to love and be loved… Unconditionally She thinks/knows I’m a stubborn great guy. Enroute, but not yet at the best version of me. Still learning and growing in life. But this woman right here chose to love and be with me through the whole journey.I prayed and you came. You are Here! Hence I know I’m blessed. I’m forever happy because it only gets better.”
