According to the handler of Sammie's Instagram account, confirmed that she paid $700 (about N360K) to the Hacker as demanded. After paying the money, the Hacker has brought up another story.
According to the Hacker, he or she told Sammie's Instagram handler that someone else has paid $1000 for the Instagram page and he or she won't be releasing the account again.
