While at the headquarters of the Nigerian military, Chinwetalu Agu, told the Nigerian soldiers that the attire he had on wasn't an IPOB-ESN or Biafran own, but a rising sun outfit.

Chinwetalu Agu said that he was giving 10,000 loaves of bread to hungry people on the road (charity) when he got beaten and arrested by the Nigerian army at Upper Iweka Road, Onitsha, Anambra state.

He also confirmed that his movie bus is still at Upper Iweka Road, Onitsha, Anambra state.

He says: "It's rising Sun.
Not Biafran or ESN (Eastern Security Network). I know areas to go and areas not to go.
I believe I must rise. This is a civil dress.
I was buying bread (10K worth of bread).
