VIDEO: "It's a win, win situation for Nigerian government and Twitter" - Aide, Tolu Ogunlesi, says as he answers questions of CNN's reporter, Larry Madowo's on the support of Twitter suspension in Nigeria

President Muhammadu Buhari's Special Assistant on Digital and New Media and journalist, Tolu Ogunlesi, has answered a few questions thrown at him by popular CNN's anchor, Larry Madowo. (Read More Here).

This evening, Larry Madowo, asked Tolu a few questions concerning the suspension of Twitter in Nigeria. Larry Madowo asked Tolu if he supports the suspension of Twitter in Nigeria.

Unfortunately, Tolu Ogunlesi, couldn't give a simple answer of "Yes or No." Rather, he began to beat around the bush. Larry, who seemed irritated told Tolu that a simple Yes or No was all that was needed as an answer to his question.

Tolu Ogunlesi responded to Larry Madowo as he said that such question shouldn't be asked, because the suspension or the situation on ground is a win, win for both Nigerian government and Twitter.

Larry Madowo asked Tolu if the suspension of Twitter in Nigeria was because President Muhammadu Buhari's tweet was deleted. Tolu Ogunlesi responded as he said that events triggered something else, which was misunderstood by Nigerians.

Larry Madowo interrupted him as he said that the event that triggered the deletion of President Muhammadu Buhari's tweet was because it violated the rules of Twitter.

Tolu Ogunlesi defended as he said that President Muhammadu Buhari's deleted tweet was contextual and precise, because it was a message to the people who have chosen to incite violence on their fellow Nigerians and not to law abiding citizens.

The interview has gone viral in Nigeria and it has caused stirs. Nigerians have taken to Twitter to drag Tolu Ogunlesi for responding to questions in an unintelligible manner.
