5 cups of rice
3 smoked mackerel fish
8 big tomatoes plums chopped
1 red bell pepper
2 habanero peppers
1 large onion chopped
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup Dawa Dawa/ Locust beans
1/2 cup blended crafish
1to 2 seasoning cubes
4 to 5 spring onion for garnish
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
