Taking to his Twitter page, Father Bassey, revealed that the Bishop of Ilorin, Bishop Paul Olawore, has died.
"He was my Friend when he was head of St Francis in Oyo and Maryland Secondary Schools before his promotion to Bishop," a pained friend wrote.
Father Bassey wrote:
"I lost my friend today. Bishop of Ilorin. Bishop Paul Olawore. May his soul Rest In Peace. Amen."
