According to Daily Mail, “Kris Jenner, 66, and accuser Marc McWilliams have agreed to take his case against her into private arbitration.”
“McWilliams, first sued Jenner in 2020 for $3M claiming she grabbed his butt, exposed herself to him, and had him fired when he rebuffed her advances," information reads.
He also says Jenner sexually assaulted him while they were out in her luxury Bentley in 2017. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Armen Tamzarian gave both parties a year - until January 6, 2023 - to find an arbitrator, usually a private judge, to listen to arguments from both sides and come up with a settlement or agreement.
