U.S-based Nigerian man, Ogundepo Adewale Alabi, allegedly assaults his sister, Kehinde Adetayo Ogundipe Onimayin, over an apartment in Lagos

A Nigerian born American nurse, Ogundepo Adewale Alabi, has been accused of hiring thugs to allegedly assault his sister, Kehinde Adetayo Ogundipe Onimayin

over an apartment in Lagos. (Read More Here).

According to a relative of the victim, the incident happened on February 15, 2022. “He arrived Nigeria from the U.S on that day and went with thugs straight to the apartment located in Ebute-Metta, Lagos. 

They assaulted my mother. They beat her, rolled her down the stairs and poured a poisonous substance on her eyes and mouth. When I tried to help, they almost strangled me. My mum has been hospitalized. 

My mother and I are traumatized by this incident and urge the appropriate authorities to assist us. Adewale can’t try what he did to us in the U.S. The apartment in question, is a family house and he wants to eject us. He should allow us live in peace.”
