Burnaboy apologises for not attending as he wins his first BandLab NME Awards 2022 for 'Best Solo Act' category

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Nigerian singer, Odogwu Burnaboy, has apologised for not being able to attend NME Awards 2022. (Read More Here).


According to information, Burnaboy, won his first NME yesterday for "" Best Solo Act In The World." He defeated the likes of Billie Eilish, Dave, The Weeknd and others to win the category. 

Burnaboy wrote: "Thank you @NME sorry I couldn’t make it but it means a Lot!!! My First NME!!!!!" 

NME wrote: "Congrats to @burnaboy for winning Best Solo Act In The World at the #BandLabNMEAwards2022!"
