CASSPER NYOVEST: Arbitration proceedings prove Kiernan Jarryd 'AKA Worldwide' Forbes owns 50% of The Braai Show

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that arbitration proceedings have proved that South African rapper, Kiernan Jarryd 'AKA Worldwide' Forbes is 50% owner of the Braai Show.

The Braai Show is run by popular South African rapper, Cassper Nyovest, which shows on YouTube. According to AKA, he thanked his attorneys; Molai Attorneys and Adv. Tshidiso Ramogale, for their help in winning the case of intellectual property.

He wrote: "Special thanks to Molai Attorneys & my counsel, Adv. Tshidiso Ramogale … & thank you to the Megacy as always. Let this serve as a warning to ANYBODY in the entertainment industry, individual, production company or broadcaster, who seeks to steal our ideas. Get those coins ready."

This morning, justice was finally served. I received confirmation of what I have always said: That I own the Braai Show.

"This matter for me has always been about business principles and asserting my rights to my intellectual property. It is about the injustices that continue to befall us in the creative industry and the violation of our trust by those we work with, who continue to exploit us.

"This I'm happy that arbitration proceedings have been found in my favour that I'm a 50% owner of the Braai Show and that no further exploitation of it can transacted upon without my involvement.

"Now that arbitration proceedings determined, with finality, that I own half of the Braai Show, I'll be going after what is rightfully mine against those that sought to exploit and undermine my creativity and intellectual property."
