Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that World best Nigerian boxer Herbert Okechukwu Maduagwu (Herbie Hide) has converted to Islam and is now to be known as Muhammad...He accepted Islam in Kano State on Saturday.
Herbie Hide is a British former professional boxer who competed from 1989 to 2010.
He held the WBO heavyweight title twice between 1994 and 1999, as well as the British heavyweight title in 1993.
Today, Herbie Hide accepted Islam and took Shahada from Shaykh Dr. Qaribullah Shaykh Nasir Kabara, Al-Malikiy, Al-Ash’ariy, Al-Qadiriy the spiritual leader of Qadiriyyah movement in Africa.
