CONFIRMED: Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker signed no prenup before getting married in Las Vegas

A source at the chapel where they had the ceremony tells us they'll only perform it with a marriage license, but a source close to Travis and Kourtney tells us they hadn't gotten a license and only did it for fun. (Read More Here).

Sources connected to the two tell TMZ that prior to Sunday night's Vegas wedding, the two had started working on a prenup, but nothing had been signed. We're told the plan now will be for a postnup -- and should be handled without issue.

According to the source, the pair were married in a Las Vegas wedding chapel around 1:30 a.m. Monday (April 4). They appeared to have planned ahead as they already had a marriage license that they presented to the chapel's owner, who was listed as a witness. They even had an Elvis impersonator pronounce them husband and wife, TMZ reports.

The venue was not allowed to take photos of the ceremony; instead, Kardashian and Barker brought their own photographer. As of Tuesday morning, they have not shared any photos from their highly-anticipated wedding.

While the pair had been friends for years, they were first romantically linked at the beginning of 2021, with their whirlwind romance culminating in a romantic beachside proposal in October 2021.

Kourtney and Travis walked into One Love Wedding Chapel around 1:30 AM Monday ... only hours after he performed live at the Grammys. We're told the two didn't allow the venue to take any photos, bringing their own photographer and security instead.

Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... they had a marriage license and presented it to the chapel's owner, who was also a witness.
