Mzansi drag actress Pearl Thusi after saying she doesn't take the Grammy’s too seriously following Wizkid's losses at the 63rd Grammy Awards

Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that South African actress, Pearl Thusi, has spoken about the losses of Wizkid at the 2022 Grammy Awards. (Read More Here).

Recall that Wizkid lost both nominated categories to Angelique Kidjo and Arooj Aftab at the 63rd Grammy Awards on Sunday. 

Taking to her Twitter page, Pearl Thusi, said Wizkid not winning the Grammy is the reason she doesn't take the Grammy’s too seriously. 

After sharing her tweet, she got fired by South Africans, who said she didn't even bother to celebrate Black Coffee (a Mzansi) who won a Grammy; but decided to talk about a Nigerian. 

She wrote: "Wiz not winning a Grammy is just another reason I kinda don’t take the Grammy’s too seriously. It’s a celebratory/fun show with cool statues.

African artists have proved they don’t need them but they’re a nice to have.

 But also I could be wrong. That’s just me… all love.

Same way i stopped taking Netflix seriously when they gave you a TV show just for being light skinned

Black Coffee wins the highest honor in Music and all of a sudden u have some to say about Grammy's??

This might be jealousy of you knowing you will never win the highest honor in acting which is an Oscar award.
